Cottage n°1 – Frigoule Frigoule, the first cottage in the villa, has a living space of 48 square metres, and comprises 3 rooms, a terrace and a separate entry door. Occupancy: ideal for 2 persons, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Bedding: 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. Description: 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower unit, separate toilet, kitchen with breakfast nook, living-room, terrace and private car park. 
 
 Equipment : - kitchen : electric hobs ; microwave oven with grill function ; dishwasher ; washing machine ; fridge-freezer ; electrical devices : coffee maker, kettle and toaster ; many kitchenwares, plates, dishes and cutlery ; central luminary with ceiling fan. - bedroom : double bed (140 cm) ; bedsides ; luminary with ceiling fan ; storage spaces. - living-room : sofa bed (clic-clac) for two additional beddings ; TV set (70 cm) with a TNT access (18 channels) ; DVD player. - bathroom : shower unit ; washstand ; storage spaces ; hairdryer. - separate toilet. - 28 m² terrace : garden table and chairs.
